How to Apply
Interested candidates are required to download the prescribed application form from the University's official website: http://bfuhs.ac.in/. The direct link to download the application form is: bfuhs.ac.in/BPT12/BPT-2012%20admission-form.doc. The application fee is Rs 1800 (Rs 900 for SC candidates) which should be paid in the form of DD drawn in favour of Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, payable at Faridkot. The duly filled in and completed application form, along with all requisite documents (details given on the website) and DD, should be sent to the Registrar, BFUHS, Faridkot, latest by September 14, 2012. For any further details about admission, eligibility criteria and application procedure, candidates are requested to visit the University's official website.
