Candidates passed in Bachelor of Prosthetics & Orthotics programs (BPO) with 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university are eligible to apply.
Candidate must have passed Class X exam with a minimum of 35% marks from MP Board/any other board equivalent there to as per 10+2 system with chemistry and/or Physics with mathematics as one of the compulsory subject.
Candidates should have passed final examination of 10+2 (Class XII) of Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan or any other examination recognized equivalent there to by Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan/Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
For UG Program: Candidate pass in 10+2 or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and atleast one of Mathematics/Biology. Candidates who have not studied Mathematics as a subject are eligible for the Biology-based branches only, namely, Bioinformatics, Biomedical and Biotechnology.
A pass in 10+2 system of Senior Secondary examination or its equivalent with English as one of the subjects. Candidate must have passed English as a subject of study (core/elective/functional) in the qualifying examination.
For UG Program: Candidate pass in 10+2 or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and atleast one of Mathematics/Biology. Candidates who have not studied Mathematics as a subject are eligible for the Biology-based branches only, namely, Bioinformatics, Biomedical and Biotechnology. Others are eligible for all the branches, including the Biology-based branches. Candidates appearing for 10+2 examination in March/April 2013 can also apply.
Candidates must be employed on regular service basis in and around Hyderabad and who have an experience of atleast one year by 30th June, 2013 after acquiring the prescribed qualification are only eligible to apply.
Application has to fill up online at the portal of the Board, http://www.wbjeeb.nic.in. Candidates need to visit the portal and click the requisite link online application WBJEE - 2013 and thereafter will be directed to the actual application form.
For B.E/B.Tech programs, candidates should have passed in HSC (10 + 2) from any state board or CBSE/ICSE with mathematics, physics, and chemistry with a minimum aggregate of 60% in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. For B.Tech in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics and Biomedical programs, candidates have passed in HSC (10 + 2) from any state board or CBSE/ICSE with mathematics/biology, physics, and chemistry with a minimum aggregate of 60% in mathematics/biology, physics and chemistry.
The payment of the examination fees of Rs. 500/- for general candidates and Rs. 250/- for SC/ST/Handicapped candidates along with an additional Rs. 50/- (online service charge) can be made through debit/credit card or by cash from the authorized Kiosks of mp online.
The final examination of the 10+2 system, conducted by any recognized central/state board, such as Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, Council for Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi etc.
Applicants must have a master’s degree/equivalent qualification with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade in any discipline of the Humanities/Social Sciences/Business Management having Communication/Journalism/Advertising/Public Relations/Media/ Marketing as a core subject.

Applications can be obtained by post from Director-Admissions by sending a request on plain paper giving the candidate’s name with complete mailing address accompanied by DD for Rs. 1,100/- (Rs. 700/- for female candidates) drawn in favour of GITAM University payable at Visakhapatnam on any scheduled bank.
